| Compares two signals and outputs a "high" (positive
full scale) if the positive input is "greater than" inverting input and

| Haven't had time to find out exactly what this
does, but it appears to output the product of two separate comparators.
The output is from the right hand most socket, the hole below is an offset

| A2D (beta) | ![]() |
| This module and the next
are beta versions which can be downloaded here, and read about
here.
They are bit manipulation tools, similar to a bitcrusher or decimator, but
with far more potential. Basically the A2D module takes an incoming digital signal, splits it up into smaller chunks and spits the most significant bits of the signal back out again. You can then use the D2A signal to recombine the output of the D2A module in any order you like. Recombining the signal in the 'right order' (see picture below) will have the effect of a bitcrusher (as only 8 of the original 16 bits are coming through) whereas swapping the order of the connections will produce a 'bit swapper' with unpredictable distortion. It's also possible to feed modulation signals through the modules, again with unpredictable, but often interesting results. The zip file for these modules also contains a very simple example patch. |

| to knobs x5 | ![]() |
| This is a module which produces continuous controller
messages for use with non-modular devices very similar to j9k's FOAM
device. Each knob can have a cc# assigned to it, and can then be modulated by an incoming signal such as an LFO or an Envelope (or even an audio signal). The knobs will oscillate according to the modulation signals they receive and the Midi Out of the modular patch will transmit the resulting cc messages to any devices attached to the Midi Out. |

| This is an 8 x 8 matrix module which allows you to route up to eight incoming signals to up to 8 outputs. Setting the relevant knob to "12 o'clock" causes no output to be sent. Turning it to the right causes a positive signal to be output, and to the left, and inverted signal. The knob at the top right determines the amount to which the module smooths out 'zipper' noise from the other knobs. Download it here. | |

| This works in the same way as the normal Keyzone module, except that it is possible to split the keyboard into 8 separate zones, instead of just two. The module is still in beta, but was released as part of Alfonso D'amora's GM Drum Seq patch which uses 7 of these modules to split the keyboard into 48 zones. Download here. | |
